This helps distribute stress caused by bending, pulling, or twisting, reducing damage to the cable and connector and improving durability during continuous equipment operation.

For dynamic applications, the number of bending cycles achieved by a high-flex cable is an important consideration, but it must be evaluated together with the operating environment, equipment movement, installation space, bend radius, and direction of stress. Even a cable with excellent bending test results may not deliver its full durability if its construction and installation method are not suited to the equipment’s actual operating conditions.
