Product Lifetime Warranty

COMOSS ELECTRONICS provides excellent product warranty services to reassure you when purchasing. We also offer lifetime maintenance services once you purchase our products. 

 

Warranty Service Application

1. When you would like to apply this service, please take photos of the products for repair: For defective/damaged products, or poor product operation, then attach them to the warranty service application email.

2. Fill in the warranty service application email and email it to the Taiwan customer service mailbox: support.tw@comoss.com

  • Repair product name/quantity
  • Description of adverse situations
  • Name
  • Contact number
  • Address

3. When our quality control personnel receive the email, we will make a preliminary judgment as to whether it can be repaired, and reply to you with the repair time and repair quotation.

4. After you receive the problem determination and quotation, please reply whether you want to send your products for repair. Once receiving your confirmation email, we will issue a warranty service notification then please deliver your defective products to the address attached to the email.

5. Upon receipt of the returned defective product, our technicians will perform repair work. After completing the product repair, we will arrange logistics to return these to you. 

 

Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The returned item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be sure the return request is within 7 days of receiving the item:

1. Fill out the inquiry form or email directly to: support.tw@comoss.com, and indicate in the email.

  • Member name
  • Purchased product name/quantity
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of returned products

2. After our customer service confirms your return application, keep the returned item in full packaging (including gifts, accessories, packaging, etc.) and send it back to the address attached to the email. (Please Note: The return product needed to be sent by the customer.)

3. After we inspect your returned product and confirm the defect, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. (Please Note: Refund will not include the shipping fee.) 

 

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your credit card. You will receive the amount within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  

 

Shipping

Product shipping in Taiwan is handled by KERRY TJ Logistics, and the delivery operation and delivery time follow the SOP of KTJ logistics.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
