Product Shipping

1. How long will it take to receive the product I purchased?

In Taiwan, existing inventory products will be shipped within 24 hours after completing the order; It will arrive in about 2-3 working days after shipment. (The actual delivery days shall be subject to KTJ Logistics SOP.)

2. How do I know the shipping cost?

Estimated shipping cost will be shown in the shopping cart upon check-out.

3. How can the shipping fee be refunded?

The shipping cost is requested paid by customers, and will NOT be refund when customers asked the return.

4. How can I know my order shipping status?

After your order has been shipped, you can obtain the tracking number in your confirmation email and account, to track the delivery status of your order on the "KTJ Logistics online checking system".

5. What areas where the product can be shipped?

We cooperate with KERRY TJ Logistics, their service areas include Taiwan-wide delivery.

Orders

1. If I want to place a large order, how can I make an online inquiry?

If you order more than 10 cables, please go to "Support-Request Quote" to fill out the form. We will respond with quotation and delivery date. The quotation is valid for 15 days.

2. Can I ask for free samples?

Yes. If you need the free samples, please head to "Support-Request Samples" then fill in the form.

3. How can I check the status of my order?

You can log in to your COMOSS ELECTRONICS account, view "Orders" then you can track the progress of your orders.

4. Will COMOSS ELECTRONICS sell products to distributers?

Yes. We sincerely welcome you become our distributors and discuss the cooperation with us. Please go to "Support-Become our distributor", fill in the form, and we will contact with you soon.

5. What payment methods are available?

COMOSS ELECTRONICS accepts credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, JCB and AE card.

6. If I need a unified number invoice for company financial verification, how should I apply?

To issue unified number invoice can be selected in check-out stage.

Please note, the issued invoice for completed order will NOT be voided and reissued, except of product return and refund.

Return and Refund

1. How can I return the products?

When customer purchasing in Taiwan, you can return the product without condition within 7 days. After 7 days, the return will NOT be accepted except the product defects.

If you have needs to return, please send it to service email and inform the reason that you want to return.

2. How to handle the product return shipping?

After receiving the return confirmation notice from the customer service email, please return the products to the address provided in the email.
Then send back with complete packaging.

Please note that refunds do not include shipping cost paid at the time of purchase.

3. When can I get the refund?

Since we accept the return product and confirm the situation, refund will be issued.

The actual refund credit date will depend on your credit card banking hours.
