POF Managed Switch

POF Managed Switch

Customized POF switch can be configured with Gigabit Ethernet ports or POF (Plastic Optical Fiber) transceivers. It fully supports flow control in full-duplex mode and high-speed data transmission via plastic optical fiber interfaces.

The unit features integrated LED indicators to monitor the activity status of each port. Supports both plug-and-play operation (default) and advanced Layer 2 management.

Supports IEEE 802.3 Ethernet protocol over POF interfaces. This solution is ideal for industrial Ethernet, in-vehicle networks, and high-EMI environments.

Figure 1 (STP Topology) : Illustrates how the switch automatically blocks loop paths through the Spanning Tree Protocol.

Figure 2 (SFP Interface) : Shows that the switch is equipped with pluggable Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP) ports, supporting flexible fiber optic expansion.
