SMI Transceiver - FE50MSIR (Rx Inverting/Rx Non-Inverting)

Firecomms SMI Series Plastic Optical Fiber transceiver modules are designed with a 650 nm visible red RCLED transmitter and a high-sensitivity receiver, enabling bidirectional data transmission through Duplex Plastic Optical Fiber (Duplex POF). The products support data rates from DC to 50 Mbps and are suitable for industrial control, medical equipment, RS485, RS232, MODBUS, and various communication systems requiring electrical isolation.

The SMI interface features a latched connector design to prevent connection loosening caused by vibration effectively. With excellent EMI/EMC immunity, it is highly suitable for use in industrial environments.
