This is a complete Plastic Optical Fiber (POF) starter kit; users can quickly build a Gigabit POF network without any special equipment. Which includes:

1. 1G Media Converters x 2
2. AC Power Adapter, 5V/1A x 2

3. USB 2.0 Type A to DC plug cable, 1M(Black, OD4.0) x 2

4. Cat. 5e Ethernet Cable, 15 cm x 2
5. SI-POF Cable, 20 m x 1
6. POF Cable Cutter x 1

It is ideal for general users and allows you to complete the setup at home yourself easily. You can conveniently and quickly experience the advantages of plastic optical fiber, including high-speed transmission, EMI immunity, and long-distance connectivity.

Unlike most commercially available products that are sold only as standalone Media Converters, the POF starter kit is much easier to use than purchasing two Media Converters separately, significantly reducing the difficulty of first-time setup and lowering the entry barrier. Suitable for First-time POF evaluation, initial product verification, and rapid deployment.

How to Use

Assembly requires no fusion splicer or special fiber optic tools. Simply follow these steps:
1. Cut the SI-POF fiber to the required length
2. Install the fiber into the POF connector
3. Connect both ends to the Media Converters
4. Connect the RJ45 ports to the required devices:
PC ↔ PC
PC ↔ Switch
Switch ↔ IPC
Camera ↔ PC
--> A Gigabit POF network can then be established immediately.
